LET'S GO WIPS, LET'S GO!
I catch myself learning the same lessons every day. Each time it's like a revelation but I never remember any for next time. If I can't do it all, I'll just write this down, PHONE IS NEVER BETTER. Here's my update: I've been doing good. Less time scrolling, but I do still falter. I've had moderate success in getting myself off my crutch app over to my TV app and I started feeling more settled (as predicted) but instead of working to maintain this, I decided to aim higher. I recently tried to stop myself watching TV in English because I'm trying to learn another language. I wasn't ready for that hurdle though. Once I took away habit shows and comfort TV, I didn't jump into new shows in a language I don't fully understand yet, because it was too hard too soon so I ditched the progress and forgot to stop scrolling. That's something for me to work on and remind myself about, no big jumps. Keep making it easy to stop scrolling and until that...
